Do you offer a multilingual service?
English is the main language of the company, all of our VA's write it and speak it splendidly, nevertheless, the main secondary language we offer are Spanish although we also have some VA's who speak Hindi, French, Portuguese, and German
What happens if my assistant can't complete a specific task?
We'll assign the perfect fit for your needs, however if your assistant can't complete a task that you've previously requested a supervisor will takeover and finish the task to your satisfaction.
